Merchandise

When planning a funeral, one of the many decisions you will make is where your loved one’s final resting place will be. Depending on whether you choose a cemetery, your home, your garden or some other location, you will need to choose an appropriate protective container. Your funeral director will match your specific needs to all available options, which may include caskets, vaults, or urns.

You may also want to purchase a permanent memorialization for your loved one. Memorializations include personalized markers, monuments and a variety of keepsakes — all crafted with care using the finest quality materials.

Caskets

Caskets are made in a wide variety of styles and materials. They can be made from inexpensive materials, such as pine or a composite of hardboard, and cost very little. Or they can be very expensive when made from the finest materials such as bronze or mahogany. Stainless steel and steel caskets are also popular options.

Burial Vaults

Most cemeteries require that caskets be placed in an outer burial receptacle capable of withstanding the weight and pressures of the earth above and surrounding the receptacle. Our Merchandise Selection Room provides samples of vaults and other outer burial containers for each family to preview and make their selection of choice.

Cremation Caskets and Containers

Cremation caskets are available in a wide variety of styles and prices and are suitable for services with a visitation, viewing or gathering held prior to the cremation. Cremation containers are made from both composite and solid wood components and are fully combustible. These are appropriate when a private viewing has been scheduled.

Urns

The selection of the urn is very important since it provides a dignified receptacle for the cremated remains. The urn can become the focal point at a memorial service and can serve as a permanent memorial to the deceased. The type of urn selected depends on what you wish to do with the cremated remains after the cremation. Urns are available for scattering, for interment in a cemetery plot or niche, or for home display.

Urn Vaults

Urn Vaults are protective containers in which urns are commonly placed. In many cases, where families desire to bury the urn-encapsulated remains of their loved one, cemeteries will require the use of an urn vault. Much like burial vaults for caskets, urn vaults protect the urn from being crushed, and protect the ground above them from caving in over time.

Flowers

Our staff can assist with floral tributes from family and friends. A wide variety of selections are available that can be displayed at the service, ceremony or visitation.

Memorial Registry Gifts

A variety of Memorial Registry Books, Service Folders and Acknowledgement Cards are available that can reflect the life and interests of the deceased.

Markers

Markers and other memorials designate a physical place where current and future generations can go to pay their respects. We can help you choose from sculpted memorials, granite markers, garden markers, memorial benches, tree plaques and more. Many one-of-a-kind designs are available. Please call for a brochure or to make an appointment.
